Microgreens We Grow
We grow a consistent range of spray-free microgreens for mid Canterbury kitchens. Our core crops are always available, while some specialty varieties may occasionally require a little extra lead time depending on the growing cycle.
Core Crops
Pea Shoots
Sweet pea flavour with crisp stems. A versatile green used in salads, bowls and garnishes.
Sunflower
Mild, nutty flavour with thick crunchy stems. Excellent in salads and sandwiches.
Radish
Peppery microgreens available with red, pink or green stems, or as a blend.
Specialty Microgreens
Amaranth
Striking red microgreen often used for colour and presentation.
Basil
Sweet basil or Thai basil microgreens with concentrated flavour.
Broccoli
Mild brassica flavour with fine stems and small leaves.
Cabbage
Delicate brassica greens with good colour and texture.
Coriander
True coriander flavour in a delicate microgreen.
Mustard
Peppery flavour with a gentle heat.
Purple Kohlrabi
Vibrant purple stems with a mild brassica and umami flavour.
Rocket
Distinct rocket flavour with a mild peppery bite.
Sorrel
Fresh citrus-like acidity that works well in seafood and light dishes.
Signature Blends
Nebula Blend
Kohlrabi, mustard, cabbage and amaranth for colour, texture and a gentle peppery flavour.
Aurora Blend
Kohlrabi, mustard, cabbage, broccoli, purple, pink and green radish, and amaranth for a vibrant mixed garnish.
Seasonal Edible Flowers
We also supply edible flowers when they are in season. These are grown in our garden rather than in the indoor grow space.
