Welcome to Tiny Space Greenz! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lara Duncan trading as Tiny Space Greenz. Tiny Space Greenz operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Tiny Space Greenz is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (together with any policies referenced herein) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if applicable, have consented to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or control.

Return and refund rights are subject to our Returns Policy.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery, except where consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by Tiny Space Greenz or its licensors and protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Tiny Space Greenz. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, products, or services purchased.

Our Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Services. Because we are hosted by Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

By submitting Feedback, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You warrant that you have rights to the Feedback and that it complies with these Terms.

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” except as expressly stated. Bootstrap Farmer products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Nothing in this clause excludes consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Space Greenz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to consumer guarantees under NZ law.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Tiny Space Greenz, Shopify, and affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver. These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
