Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship all orders within New Zealand using reliable couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping option. Please note that we may contact you if the selected shipping option is not suitable for your order to update shipping costs.
Our normal packing and posting days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we hand the parcel to the courier, risk passes to you, except where consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.
International Shipping
We can ship to select countries outside New Zealand. International shipping costs may require a shipping quote and will be confirmed before dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Some products may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping. Please check your local import laws before placing an order.
Packaging and Handling
We take care to package all products securely, using eco-friendly materials where possible. Handmade products, body care items, and perishable goods may require careful handling upon receipt.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@tinyspacegreenz.co.nz so we can assist you.
