How to track your parcel

  1. Find our shipping email from Tiny Space Greenz and tap the tracking button.
  2. Can't see it? Check your spam or junk folder, search your inbox for "tinyspacegreenz", and make sure you used the same email address at checkout.
  3. Still nothing after 24 hours? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most parcels arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.

Fresh produce is dispatched on Tuesdays only, so it doesn't sit in a depot over the weekend.
