What do I do with the mats after harvesting my microgreens?

Because they are crafted from 100% natural New Zealand hemp fibers and wool, they are completely biodegradable. Once you cut and harvest your greens, the entire remaining mat and its root network can go straight into your home compost bin or worm farm, creating a genuinely zero-waste system.
