We're excited to be offering fresh, juicy limes grown right here in Ashburton by Raukawa Maakete.
Raukawa Maakete is a small local grower producing beautiful citrus with a focus on quality growing practices. Their orchard uses organic fertilisers and only certified organic sprays when required during the growing season. While these limes are not certified organic, they are grown with care and respect for the land.
These limes may have minor cosmetic marks on the skin, but they're absolutely packed with juice and flavour.

Did you know? Limes freeze exceptionally well whole. Simply pop them in the freezer and thaw as needed, or grate the zest while still frozen.
